Vela Farms Grill Seasoning
Place raw salmon in a piece of foil. If baking line a baking pan with foil.
Season with Vela Farms Grill Seasoning (or salt & pepper)
Add 2 tablespoons of Vela Farms Orange Chili Marmalade to the top of the salmon.
Grill or Bake at 350 until the center is completely cooked. It will pull apart easily with a fork.DO NOT COVER or close the foil. You want the moisture to escape and the jam to caramelize.
We serve with rice and steamed veggies. Of course it's a great topper for a topper for a green salad.
