Deli Turkey (Pepper Turkey preferred)Swiss Cheese
Wheat Bread or 12 Grain Bread
Baby Lettuce Blend (Arugula preferred)
Lightly coat panini press with oil. Build bottom bread Dijon mustard (lightly coated), 1 –2 slices of deli ham, turkey and swiss cheese. Lightly coat top bread with Vela Farms Strawberry Balsamic Serrano Jam. Add lettuce/arugula. Put both sides together. Add to warm panini press for 4-6 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly. Serve.
**Option: For Dipping Sauce: equal parts, Vela Farms Strawberry Balsamic Serrano Jam & Dijon Mustard. Mix well.
