beef enchiladas - microwave meal
If you grew up in Victoria, you have probably heard of "Lunch Lady" enchiladas. Back in the day you WANTED to eat in the school cafeteria, our lunch ladies were able to make food from scratch. They could bring their family recipes to the schools. As a child of that era, I must say, it was wonderful. Our enchiladas are a throw back to the good old "Lunch Lady" days.
Made with ground beef, corn tortillas, homemade enchilada sauce, and plenty of cheese!
Package contains: Beef Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Charro Beans, & Pico
- Product is completely cooked.
- Container IS microwave safe and may go directly in microwave loosen lid before heating. See individual package detailed cooking instructions.
- Keep refrigerated or frozen. Product may be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Frozen product does not need to be thawed before warming, although cooking times will be increased if completely frozen.
