Container IS microwave safe and may go directly in microwave loosen lid before heating. See individual package detailed cooking instructions.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Product may be frozen for up to 3 months.
Frozen product does not need to be thawed before warming, although cooking times will be increased if completely frozen.
